• Attempting to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform's software.
• Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other users.
• Filing false chargeback or refund claims.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions.

Under the following circumstances, PPP VIP3 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Prolonged inactivity for more than 12 months.
• At the user's own request.

If an account is closed with a valid remaining balance and no rule violations have occurred, the funds will be returned after verification. However, if the account is closed due to fraud, the entire balance will be forfeited.
